We sell candles, wickless products designed for candle-warming lamps, accessories, gift products, and related merchandise.

• Keep candles, heated wax, warming devices, and packaging away from children and pets.
• Follow applicable candle-care and candle-lamp safety instructions.
• Discontinue use if a container becomes cracked, damaged, unstable, or unsafe.
• Use compatible warming equipment for products sold as wickless or lamp-use products.

Products identified as wickless or designed for candle-warming lamps must not be ignited, modified by adding a wick, placed directly on a stove, or heated using an unauthorized method.

Failure to follow safety instructions may result in fire, burns, property damage, personal injury, or product failure.

6. Product Information and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, dimensions, weights, materials, fragrances, colors, photographs, and availability accurately.

However:

• Screen settings may affect how colors appear.
• Fragrance perception is subjective.
• Handmade products may contain minor variations.
• Natural soy wax may display frosting, wet spots, discoloration, surface irregularities, or texture changes.
• Packaging, labels, containers, lids, or decorative details may change when reasonably necessary.
• Product photographs may include props that are not included with the purchase.

Minor variations that do not materially affect the product’s intended use are not necessarily defects.

All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, modify collections, or refuse orders at our discretion, subject to applicable law.

7. Prices, Taxes, and Charges

Prices are stated in United States dollars unless otherwise indicated.

We may change prices, discounts, promotions, shipping fees, or product availability at any time before an order is accepted.

Delivery dates and transit times are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.

Customers are responsible for:

• Retrieving packages promptly.
• Protecting delivered wax products from excessive heat, weather, theft, or prolonged outdoor exposure.

Federal rules generally require online sellers to ship within the advertised period or, when no period is stated, within 30 days. When shipment cannot occur as promised, the customer generally must be given the option to consent to the delay or receive a refund for the unshipped merchandise.

12. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Returns, refunds, replacements, claims, and cancellations are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Products that have been lit, burned, warmed, melted, altered, damaged through misuse, or used contrary to instructions may be ineligible for return.

Nothing in these Terms eliminates rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

13. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions, discount codes, bundles, gift offers, loyalty benefits, and free-shipping offers may be subject to separate terms.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Discounts cannot be combined.
• Codes have no cash value.
• Codes may be limited to one use per customer or household.
• Promotions may exclude certain products.
• Minimum-purchase requirements may apply.
• Taxes and shipping may not count toward qualification.

You retain ownership of your original content. However, by submitting content to us or tagging the brand in content intended for brand interaction, you grant BBK Energy Solutions LLC a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, display, adapt, distribute, and promote that content in connection with the business, subject to applicable law and any permissions required by the platform.

You represent that submitted content:

are owned by or licensed to BBK Energy Solutions LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

No right, title, or license is transferred to you except the limited right to access the Services for lawful personal use.

You may not reproduce, sell, copy, modify, distribute, scrape, publish, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit our content without prior written authorization.

Any burn-time, fragrance-duration, or performance estimate depends on variables including container, room conditions, wick care, warming equipment, duration of use, airflow, temperature, and compliance with instructions.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BBK Energy Solutions LLC, BBK Home Candle Co., and their members, managers, employees, contractors, affiliates, suppliers, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the Services or products.

This may include loss of profits, data, business opportunity, goodwill, or use.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from a particular purchase will not exceed the amount paid to us for the product giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability arising from conduct for which exclusion is prohibited.

Nothing in these Terms excuses gross negligence, intentional misconduct, or obligations that cannot lawfully be waived.

22. Product Safety and Customer Responsibility

Candles and heated wax involve inherent risks when mishandled.

The customer is responsible for:

• Following all warnings.
• Maintaining appropriate supervision.
• Using a stable, heat-resistant surface.
• Keeping products away from flammable objects.
• Keeping products away from children and pets.
• Avoiding excessive burn or warming periods.
• Using compatible equipment.
• Inspecting the container before use.
• Discontinuing use when unsafe conditions develop.

You assume risks reasonably associated with using a product contrary to its instructions, warnings, labeling, or intended purpose.

This section does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

23. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless BBK Energy Solutions LLC, BBK Home Candle Co., and their authorized personnel from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from:

Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us at info@bbkhomecandle.com and provide a reasonable opportunity to review and attempt to resolve the matter informally.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, any judicial proceeding arising from these Terms or a direct purchase from us shall be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction over Lee County, Florida.

You consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts to the extent permitted by law.

This version does not require private arbitration and does not waive the right to a jury trial. That is intentional: an arbitration clause should not be copied casually into a consumer website without separate legal review and a properly designed acceptance process.

26. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

• Natural disasters.
• Fire.
• Flood.
• Epidemics.

• Carrier interruptions.
• Customs delays.
